Rondo

AI coding agents run in parallel with no visibility into what’s happening. Rondo is an observability dashboard that fixes that: agents, backoff queues, event streams, token burn rates, archived runs.

The upstream project (Symphony) was OpenAI-only. I ported it to work with Claude and laid the groundwork for agent-agnostic orchestration. Added token budgets with burn rate projection and built the LiveView dashboard. 206+ tests.
