Iceland's healthcare workforce had no modern coordination layer. We're building one.
Iceland’s care providers ran shifts, compliance, and billing on spreadsheets and legacy systems. I’m helping build dala.care to fix that. It’s a real-time workforce management platform for home healthcare providers in the Nordics and US.
I work across the full stack. Go microservices, React/TypeScript frontend, Terraform on AWS, and a caregiver mobile PWA I helped build from scratch in 2024. Recent focus has been billing infrastructure (OpenSearch indexing, GraphQL mutations, search proxies) and AI-assisted dev tooling for the team.
On the AI side, I’ve built the developer tooling layer between Claude Code and our codebase: 25+ custom skills for ticket kickoff, PR creation, code review, TDD, CI triage. An Obsidian-based knowledge vault that captures architectural decisions so the agent retains institutional knowledge across sessions. Convention files that encode our coding standards directly into the agent’s context.
