Agentic development
- Built and maintain 25+ custom coding-agent skills for kickoff, spec, design, implementation planning, verification, review, PR shipping, CI triage, and knowledge capture.
- Created Memento Vault, an open-source knowledge capture system that gives AI-assisted sessions searchable institutional memory across context windows.
- Built Beislið, a portable harness-engineering framework that turns coding agents from loose prompt responders into gated collaborators with lifecycle rituals.
- Wrote the externalized trust series on how teams ship with AI agents without giving up the ability to prove the work is right.
- Given talks on agentic development and practical AI-assisted delivery at Kolibri, Gangverk, Orkuveitan, and Skelin, including a March 2026 Skelin walkthrough of my early agentic setup.

- Helped build a workforce management platform for home healthcare providers in the Nordics and US, connecting caregivers, coordinators, care recipients, compliance, and billing workflows.
- Worked across product direction, Go microservices, GraphQL APIs, Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure, and both frontends: the coordinator-facing office app and a caregiver mobile PWA.
- Built and evolved the visit scheduling core of the platform: recurrences and exceptions, visit types, visit logs and notes, activities, notifications, and OpenSearch-backed search, plus a smaller slice of billing infrastructure.
- Designed the team's AI-assisted development layer: custom skills, repository conventions, review gates, PR workflows, and an Obsidian-backed knowledge vault for architectural memory.
- 3,700+ commits since January 2023, with a growing focus on using AI to improve product throughput while preserving engineering judgment.
